The plate is machined from solid 1/8" thick 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum.

The plate also features a 45 ° bevel on the leading edge of plate to prevent hang-ups.

The axle assembly is constructed of super thick and strong 3/8" machined aluminum hex bar with 8-32 steel axle shafts.

The axle is mounted above the plate using large 4mm counter sunk zinc-plated attachment screws.  This creates a smooth underside to eliminate hangups.

The wheels are high quality solid rubber with machined aluminum hubs which are very durable yet soft enough to absorb impacts.

Zinc-plated 8-32 lock nuts with nylon inserts are used to securely attach wheels to the axles.

All fasteners are counter sunk to prevent hang-ups.

Loc-tite thread locker is used throughout assembly to prevent the loosening of fasteners over time.
